Equipment Introduction

The equipment adopts a carbon steel frame with plastic spraying. It uses an electric hoist to lift 500kg–1000kg bulk bag materials, which are remotely hoisted to the bin via a horizontal rail.The system is equipped with an auxiliary beating mechanism to assist discharging, automatic door opening and closing, and automatic feeding.A negative pressure dust collector fan is installed on the top. The whole system requires no manual supervision.All parts in contact with ton bags and materials are made of SUS304 stainless steel.

Program Features

1、The powder ton bag unloading station adopts a fully enclosed structure with manual bag breaking via glove box, allowing the packaging bags to be reused.

2、The granule ton bag unloading station features an open structure. The discharge outlet is equipped with an automatic bag clamping device, ensuring safe discharging, saving time and labor, and causing no damage to the packaging bags.
