Equipment Introduction
The loss-in-weight feeder is equipped with a 10-inch industrial all-in-one computer, running on the Windows operating system and developed on the C# software platform. It features a real-time data acquisition and storage system for critical production process data.
The system mainly collects and records the following data of continuous feeding:
set flow rate, actual flow rate, flow deviation, real-time speed, real-time weight, and alarm type.
It can also monitor additional data such as main motor current, main screw speed, and die head temperature.
Data recording interval: once every 3–6 seconds.
Under 24-hour continuous operation, the minimum data storage duration is no less than 4 months.
The main function is to support factory quality traceability management.
