Equipment Introduction

Powder material is fed into a ringbalance rotor scale by a powder metering feeder. The impeller of the rotor scale rotates, enabling the material to flow uniformly within a semicircle or 225° from the feed inlet to the discharge outlet. As the scale adopts a balancebeam structure, one side of the discshaped scale body carries material while the other side does not, causing the scale body to become unbalanced. The weight of the material is detected by a load cell and transmitted to the controller; meanwhile, the detected speed signal is also sent to the controller. After processing, the instantaneous flow rate and totalized amount are obtained. The flow rate can be regulated by controlling the rotational speed of the feeder.

Program Features

1、Available in single-layer and double-layer rotor scale versions.

2、Single-layer rotor scales must be used together with a feeding machine.

3、Double-layer rotor scales can discharge directly from the storage bin, requiring no feed control device in front of the rotor scale.

4、Suitable for metering and control of high-flow powder materials.

5、Saves longitudinal space and requires no replenishment tank.
