Equipment Introduction

It is used for process control during the extrusion of plastic pipes, cables, optical cables, plastic films and other products. Integrated with a length counter, thickness gauge and haul-off machine, it continuously measures the material consumption of the extruder and collects real-time data such as screw speed and haul-off speed from the extrusion line to form a closed-loop control system. After setting the target meter weight or output rate, the system adjusts the screw speed and haul-off speed in real time based on an adaptive algorithm according to the setpoint, thereby achieving real-time control of the pipe wall thickness.
