Equipment Introduction

For poorly flowing powders or pellet-powder mixtures, co-rotating or counter-rotating twin-screw conveying is adopted. The two screws feature a self-cleaning function. Common screw types include self-cleaning, solid-flighted twin screws, and dual-spring screws. This design offers the advantages of stable metering and a wide material adaptability range.

2、U-shaped hopper, preventing material bridging effectively.

3、Equipped with independent agitator, which supports variable frequency speed regulation.

4、Accuracy class: ±0.5%

5、Mainly used for powders, pellet-powder mixtures, short fibers, calcium carbonate, talc powder, titanium dioxide and carbon black.

6、The explosion-proof version features an integrated gearbox with no independent agitator.
