二、Program Features

1、There are three models of bag opening machines, namely: blade cutting type, rotary cutting type, and drum type

2、The blade-cutting type features low speed, high emptying rate, and minimal contact between materials and packaging bags, producing nearly zero debris. It is suitable for food, pharmaceutical, and explosion-proof environments.

3、The rotary cutting type uses two or more cutting blades to open bags, with material emptied via vibration or rocking motion.

4、A vibrating screen can be optionally equipped to filter out packaging bag debris.

5、The drum type uses two or more cutting blades to open the bags, and the materials and bags simultaneously enter the drum for separation via rolling motion.

6、Front-end cleaning devices such as air shower cleaning, electrostatic dust removal and ultraviolet (UV) sterilization can be optionally equipped.

7、Optional functions such as nitrogen filling and water washing are available.

8、Optional automatic waste bag collection device is available.
